What the dispatch records show and do not show
- The May 27, 2020 shots-fired memo carries complaint number 20-051755. The detective’s report gives 20-052155. No dispatch record or 911 audio for that call has been produced.
- The May 28, 2020 dispatch record notes “2C05 is who came out earlier.” That earlier call has not been produced.
- No ambulance or EMS unit appears on the May 28 dispatch record.
